Application Representation Option​

 

If both the employer and employee choose to have us fully represent their NTNP application:

  • Representation fee: $2,000 for both

  • Your membership fee will be deducted from this total.

  • This means the membership not only supports you year-round but also reduces the cost of professional representation.

Membership Service Inquiry

This form is used to confirm that both the employer and employee are interested in the NTNP Membership Service and understand its purpose before moving forward.

No services will begin until this form is completed and reviewed.
After review, an official service agreement will be sent to both parties to sign, or an in-person meeting will be scheduled to discuss next steps.
